Important notice · BELA Act
Home-education registration
In accordance with the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Act, all children under the age of 15 must be registered with the Department of Education as home-school learners.
The parent or legal guardian holds full responsibility for registering their child or children with the Department of Education. Our centre will support and guide where possible, but the obligation rests with the parent to ensure compliance. Failure to register may result in non-compliance with national education requirements.
